Our Approach

We strive to understand the needs of our customers. Understanding the processes that are in use as well as knowing how this impacts the data allows us to take a complete approach to the needs of our customers. This allows us to focus on high need areas while also providing feedback that can help immediately as well as for the future.

Our Story

For 15 years we worked in the software industry, holding positions in everything from technical support and order operations to auditing and product management. When the company chose to downsize we tried our skills in different industries, gaining new knowledge and experience outside of our "geek" talents.

While working with a Community Health Center and Oregon's first 5-star Patient Centered Primary Care Medical Home we realized there was a critical need to support the collection, analysis, and presentation of data, especially for those Community Health Centers located in rural or frontier settings. We created our business to ensure that Community Health Centers would have access to their data without having to pay for staffing a team of analysts.

Meg

Transformation Consultant

Meg has 35 years of experience in the health care world, from providing direct patient care as a Paramedic to working on state and federal health policy initiatives. She previously served as the Compliance Specialist for the Oregon Patient Centered Primary Care Home (PCPCH) program where she visited dozens of clinics to evaluate their implementation and transformation efforts. Meg is passionate about quality improvement, and believes in the 'democratization' of data. Clinic teams should have access to, and be familiar and comfortable with, the data that drives transformation.
When she isn't helping clinics with their primary care transformation efforts, you can find her in her kayak on a glacial lake in NE Oregon.
